O!!! and before some says hey man your front bumper is darker... yes i am aware of that... for some reason my paint always does this... when we paint the bumpers its always like a lil darker then turns lighter as it enters the two week stage? idk why though but if it doesnt even out its fine because they gotta blend the fenders and hood to many rock chips from people who dont care when they cut grass and spew out there little pebbles :(

wretched_z 03-10-2011 08:49 AM

Looks really good!

I did notice that on mine as well when I installed the first sunline kit, but this time it was kind of same as they made the matched the paint first with the code then with the fuel cap.

Anyways it look hot and I know pictures do dont any justice, kit is way hotter in person.

@kaien and ex... lol man i wish i didnt sell it to that guy i wonder if he would swap back i dont feel like cutting my hood again hahahhah

Reaper42 03-11-2011 05:41 PM

Buy the seibon hood with the GTR scoops already in it, and then paint the carbon fiber leaving the vents exposed. That would complete the subtle carbon fiber look throughout the car

This is also a very good idea, Trips said the fit and finish is spot on.

RCZ 03-17-2011 03:23 PM

Damn, that looks really good. Hows the scraping? I really like the kit but I think I'd destroy it with the steep driveways here in MIA

simota1 03-17-2011 05:49 PM

scraping is ok lol.... my car is luckily high enough i dont have to pull crazy *** maneuvers on speed bumps.... i do however have to imagine the route im taking before i take it because i will scrape in some roads out here.... scraped her on the first day LOL the minor scrap is about 1 inch in length and like 3/8 in width not to bad after that i had to re think my game plan on the way i drove her... i will add that i will upgrade to a bc coil over or maybe a tein ss to raise her

KaienZ34 03-17-2011 08:02 PM

Hell my wifes G8-GT at stock height has way more scraps under the front lip than my Z. It's under the car so just be careful and go for it.

Carbon_z 03-20-2011 07:20 AM

KaienZ34 03-20-2011 09:39 AM

I felt the same way after buying the Z. I got her jan 09 only one in town for a long while, then bam three other white ones, one blue one black one yellow two slivers. WTF>>>..>>>>>.>>>.>>.

docaam 03-20-2011 09:48 AM

I used to scrape occasionally with ebaich nit from the front but rear part of sides now raised my car little bit and it's perfect don't even have to go sideways on bumps

Billet go ahead with amuse as mine won't be red anymore ;)
