 cargo net installed finally.... had to replace my battery.... no bueno charged it but wasn't holding the charge.... i have a question so for example your battery is dead or for example the latch popper doesn't engage how the hell to do you manually open the rear hatch? or am i screwed  i have a 09 btw

JDM problems....
 corner of taillights has been chipped off....  they stacked something pretty heavy crack it off.... im happy yet bummed out at the same time... now i have to think of a way to repair it

That really sucks
Who's they that you speak of? I'd make them pay for it, get a replacement and keep both. It's probably not easy to fix...even if you do you might have condensation problems. Hope you're able to get this properly sorted out.
