im running eibachs

SPOHN 02-21-2011 02:43 PM

What are the spring rates for Eibach? I can't recall.

By the way, I like the graphics on the side. I wouldn't mind doing something simlier. But I would want the strips to be close to the same color as the car. Just giving it that little offset.

It's funny you say that. When I looked at your drop and you said it was on Eibach. I thought to myself, that's pretty low.

the fitment is so nice i might actually end up painting this myself....

NewYorkJon34 02-23-2011 06:52 AM

Just make sure you paint the vent wire/mesh black + the foam behind it.

simota1 02-23-2011 06:58 AM

i dunno why but the kit didnt come with any mesh?!? :D and the mesh they sell out here looks... well umm... lol pretty ricey ill probable leave em open.... btw the foam part has to be taken out.... the rear bumper wouldnt fit? i nearly damaged it tryna install it with it on.... i finished installing the rear bumper and driver side side skirt... fitment is excellent.... gaps and everything are dead on man.... im really impressed especially that its a replica....

NewYorkJon34 02-23-2011 07:01 AM

Who did you buy the kit from again?

simota1 02-23-2011 07:02 AM

carbon signal

Yeah there is no mesh coming with it, I bought it locally for 15$:rofl2:

Try to paint the crash plate black in the rear as I forgot to paint and just waiting for next time when I will remove the bumper so can paint it.

Foam comes out from both rear and front

Cmike2780 02-28-2011 10:16 PM

Haven't browsed this thread in a while. That looks great simota. Is the replica Amuse kit FRP or Urethane? Does it have a flex to it like the oem bumper?

KaienZ34 02-28-2011 10:46 PM

Fiberglass
