my titanium bolts came in.... overall im impressed by the burn and how clean they all are... absolutely beautiful.... only 5 days till they arrived :happydance: i can say hands down this transaction with moddiction was smooth as butter.... no one week to two week wait for a reply like dress up bolts...

also in my journey to find more nicer couplers over my black ones.... preferably the ones with the "hump" like on the samco or also can be seen on the ARC savra intakes i found these couplers when i was snooping around.... tell me what you guys think i think these should pull in nicely with the samco gunmetal hoses and also with the clear top secret hoses that are with the oil catch cans.....

Hump Hose 2 75" ID Silicone w Gray Carbon Fiber Look 5 Ply Coupler | eBay

i think they would look great with my set up.... let me know what you guys think ;)

also ill post pics tomorrow of my bolts installed... i wasnt really wowed after i installed them because i couldnt see their beauty no more thanks to lack of lighting :ugh2:

yes i do actually... every saturday and sunday when i work... rarely during the weekdays ONLY if its a sunny day and my boys wont be welding outside because the dust blown by the wind from all the grinding and welding starts pin rust on the paint :shakes head:

:hello: how you been man? the best part of the couplers is no 6-8 week wait and its 50 bucks shipped to guam for all four instead of 1 coupler with no shipping yet

Mmm, those titanium bolts look great, put my anodized red ones to shame. Really will flow well with your theme, couplers too!

id like to share an interesting story with you guys....

i get a letter from nissan telling me my z has a recall.... "corrosion may form in the steering column joint. if vehicle continues to be driven in this condition, over time, it may lead to cracking of the steering shaft during low speed manuevers. In an extreme case where large steering inputs are required, the steering shaft may break, if this happens it may result in a loss of steering control and cause an accident"

so im like crap...... the stealership has to touch my car.... i call em up and say can they just give me the parts and ill install it myself... as many of you know im pretty over protective with my z :icon17: so i dont just let anybody touch or work on her,

then they tell me they have no idea what the hell im talking about? i was like you guys sent me a letter stating all of this, they tell me im wrong and i didnt read it right... i hang up the phone and call my friend he tells me that the only recall that the 370z has is the steering lock failure....

they then ask the person who sent me the letter.... apparently the lady copy and pasted a recall for a frontier.... :roflpuke2:

so whats the point of this useless story? well its that this forum has always warned me and helped me trouble shoot any problems whatsoever with my z.... i disabled my steering lock 2 years before they sent me a letter about it warning me  thats why i love this forum so much

its kinda like a double edged sword... it helps me save lots of money.... BUT also helps me spend lots of money on making my z look nice :bowrofl:
