GaleForce 01-27-2013 05:19 PM

Uh oh.

simota1 01-27-2013 06:07 PM

look in the exterior thread man... the box came smashed... and it was packed like crap :(

Navyboy916 01-27-2013 06:13 PM

Jon, was it insured? If so don't throw anything away u need to go to ups. That's terrible bro you need to do something about this

simota1 01-27-2013 06:20 PM

i think its both their faults... ups for handling it like crap but baker for not packing it right.... the masking job was horrible.... :( i already brought it back man to ups... there were three people and they all looked so sad at me because they could really tell that i was so sad....

Navyboy916 01-27-2013 06:22 PM

I had the same issue when I shipped my heads to Cali USPS destroyed my boxes and trust me fragile stickers make them throw it and play catch with your box.

Time to whoop some butt

Kingbaby 01-27-2013 07:58 PM

I'm pissed just reading the words...

LMBmikeZ 01-27-2013 10:56 PM

:wtf2: sorry to hear bro :shakes head:

simota1 01-28-2013 12:53 AM

well... my head is a little bit clearer now.... i went ahead and deleted the thread before it causes more of a stir with other members... ill see what baker has to say first.... on the brighter side... at least the titanium intakes are not ****** up.... i hope this all works out in the end.... :(

simota1 01-28-2013 05:33 AM

so i just finished emailing and pming baker... i will be awaiting and updating what they say.....

i wanted to hook up the intake which was good.... then i realized it didnt come with the instructions.... i know it dont take a rocket scientist to figure out how to mount them so i was like screw it.... so i mounted the coupler, first intake pipe, second coupler, second pipe......... and then i realized one big thing wrong again.... it didnt come with brackets that hold the intakes :( FML... i know i can fab a pair up no problem but damn.... i must have the worst luck right now.... dang it... so i took them off again and mounted my jim wolfs.....

Cleaning every 50k miles is NOTHING
Also, you can buy water sock things from K&N and it prolongs service life to 100k!
