They are thin enough sheets of metal to where I an get my hands in between each blade to clean the glass. It doesnt obstruct rear view either when looking in rear view mirror.... like looking through open blinds in your house

Thanks man, ya shouldve kept the red one! I think its one of the sportiest colors that flow well with the Z lines.
