Default Jekels Z finally arrived!

Hi guys

I have been lurking around on the forum last few months, awaiting the arrival of my Z. Finally got it today, pretty happy except the dealer forgot the mud guards which will be put on at the first service.

I got, tinted windows, parking sensors, mats and paint/interior protection.

Drove it about 200km or so today. Really happy with it, through the twisties its very planted and i like the synchro rev feature. Compare to my old slow lancer this builds speed so quick, always seem to be speeding. Hopefully no tickets :s

Anyway here are some pics.

You can see 'em on the front and rear bumpers...those small little bulges. Overseas cars always get something a little extra....like the fog light, too! I wish we had parking sensors here.

Nice clean Z you have!

Nice Z and the parking sensors really arent that bad and thats on a white vehicle. Was wanting to see how they looked. Thanks for the pics.

So do how are you alerted? Is it hooked through your audio speakers or is there some additional box they install in the cab?

It just comes through the speakers.....i was realy worried they'd look bad but they are fine in real life, no one even notices.....and the front sensor can be turned off via a switch they installed so when in traffic it wont beep. Very happy with it

Beautiful CAR . I just can not believe that Nissan Australia did not release the 19" lightweight RAYS in your country . It would look so much nicer. I like the parking sensors. WElcome to the forum.

Another question about your parking sensors. Do you have a pick of the switch that they put in your cab? Also do they go off if someone is close behind you?

yeh goes off if anything is close behind you but never had it go off in traffic, no one gets that close.......will take pic of switch next few days to show.......is a nice clean switch, blends in well.
