Unlike many of us out here, I had something simple. Tollboothwilley undertray installed. I had a spare emblem and put it where no else can see it.

Hey Scott. I cannot wait myself. Maybe this Sunday. I'm going wine tasting this Saturday. The drive going out there is awesome.

Fujimura CF Mirror Cover

Been looking around for a CF cover. Passed on EVO-R after seeing one. The gap was atrocious. May have been a one off defect but it was enough to turn me away. Shopped around for Zele, Fujimura, and the Nismo covers and ended up deciding on the Fujimura. Already had the Fuji diffuser so it made sense for me to go with them again.

Fit -- 10/10
Corners landed properly on the mirrors. No gaps and covered the painted portion with a generous amount of CF to overlap the black trim. Flat edges run parallel to the mirror.

Finish -- 10/10
This is what I appreciate about the guys at Fujimura. The mat was laid out symmetrically on both mirrors without any ripples or staggering. Left side angled to the left while the right side angled to the right. The edges were cut with precision. No unnecessary roughness so to speak. Just a clean, straight, seemingly machine-cut finish.

What do I not like? Wish they made a full cover instead of a partial one.

Judge for yourself.

What I don't like: Full coverage would have been better. It is what it is.

Those blue mirrors :yum:

Zbrah 09-01-2015 12:24 AM

How rough is the surface inside Raf? I've wanted something like this for a while but I held back because I was afraid the coarseness of inner material would leave scratch marks on my mirrors when I take them off.

Here is the back side. No rough/sharp finish on the back side at all. If you are concerned you can put a layer or two of VHB strips on the back side of the mirrors as a protective layer. Fujimura provided generous amounts of tape.

I guess they were having a bad day when they made my Mine's CF spoiler :rofl2:

Those gaps on the mirrors would drive me nuts btw...

I expect more from Fuji

I recommend Fuji. Been a fan. It is a clean finish. Also depends on the tape used so as with any mod, good install is a must.
