Resorted to aluminum. It simplified the process a little bit haha. Here's the final view of the driver side. Still finishing up the passenger one. The white looking stuff is just a foam roll to fill the gap and prevent the aluminum from hitting the paint.

you will have to reinforce that chassis mount wing with some threaded rod and rodend links mine like to shack side to side. ill be doing mine saturday ill post some pics on my build thread

Tricky... The holes that bolt the crash bar replacement were powedercoated over too much resulting in some grinding to be able to work. Otherwise it was pretty straightforward. Just needs more structural integrity so I bought some steel cables to make it stronger.

It's a process.... I had to cut about 5 times... never could get the size right and It just makes me sad to see two huge holes in the bumper. But whatever. Race car! You cant see them anyway with those massive mounts in the way
