Fit is perfect! That gap is just the shape of the spats. Thats how they fit normally :)

You just sold me on the DF-2! I've been waiting on a good quality diffuser for a while now. Thanks!:tiphat:

No problem my man :tiphat: Happy Modding! :icon17:

Wish I took a picture but it was definitely spot on. You get what you pay for too. Quality is perfect

I swear I have nothing to do with that as well in keeping them busy for FL.
Fingers crossed.:ugh2:

As always nice job Thomas!

Well just got home from Ozello trait.
The CFZ club would definitely love to cruise here.

I'll send you pictures. Food is good too. Blue crabs, snow crabs, grouper and huge shrimps!

I'm stuffed! Sorry to derail your build thread.

How's the fitment on the DF2 diffuser? I see some red paint showing where the spats and diffuser meets, can that be fixed somehow?

This my suggestion but thats me.. I'll probably paint or plastidip the rear valance black first then put the diffuser then the spats.
That would take care of the red body color being seen and black blend with the CF.

DatsunFTW 12-20-2014 08:38 AM

The tape and silicone wont bond to plastidip. Ill probably just spray it now while its on to hide any red

Zoren 370 12-20-2014 08:41 AM

Wait i did notice the diffuser has completely covered the rear valance cuz of the perfect fitment but yeah you can just paint or place a black vinyl wrap on that small portion sticking out.

Thank you Mr. Clifford

Zbrah 12-20-2014 01:56 PM

Or you can cover up the spats and diffuser with tape and spray away, like how people do when they plastidip the emblems. Just a thought.
