Interesting. I do not have this issue, but I think Intense relocated the canister during install for me, thinking back to our conversation.
Those guys are pretty good. |

I'm wondering whether the bracket holding it in place can be reduced in height (through removing material) and the entire assembly raised? GM uses a decent insulated foil material around its newer model starter motors that does an excellent job of keeping the exhaust manifold from frying the electrical connections to the starter.
