hyunsoo1803's PW 370z Photographic Journal
Hello all, I've owned my car for just over 3 years now and I guess starting a journal is a little too late. Better late than never right? Instead of my journey with my 370z, I'm planning on doing photography journal where I would post photos of my recent shots so that I can keep track of how my car changed. :tiphat:
Car 2010 Nissan 370z with touring and sport package. Current Mod list Exterior: CS Amuse front, side, rear, and wing CS vented fenders Custom splitters HRE P40SC wrapped in RE-11 Painted Headlight Interior: CFE steering wheel CS CF interior Status Racing Icon seats with leather and ultrasuede Nismo Ti shift knob R's tuning harness bar Takata 6pt harness (only for occasional track days) Greddy Multi D/A guage Innovate AF guage Performance: Modified Stillen SC CSF Radiator w/ AC Z1 34row oil cooler Stillen PS cooler Southbend Stage 3 Clutch w/ 19lb flywheel Berk HFC Greddy Ti-C w/ silencer Custom tuned with Uprev KW V3 Hotchikis F&R sway bars AP racing BBK That's all I can think of on top of my head and I have ruled out a few minor mods that I did. Now let the picture do the talking for a few moment 1. Started out with simple mods. Powder coated stock rays and went on the local mountain top for night shots. This photo was taken by my friend who did photography for fun. Since then, I got into photography and started my own shooting. http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...e32208-sfu.jpg 2. A few months passes by, my car had an exhaust (T1R), wheels (Volk G2), and suspension (T1R). For people who are not familiar with the brand T1R, it's a local brand that sells variety of different car parts. http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...028-370z-1.jpg 3. As this is my first car that got me into car modification, the modbug bit me hard. VERY HARD. http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...095-370z-3.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...094-370z-1.jpg I believe one of the photos above were posted on Stancenation. I don't see any stance though :bowrofl: 4. Like I mentioned earlier, I started photography not too long ago, but apparently, it was making some progress. http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure52531-2.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...370z-cover.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...40-rolling.jpg |
8. BIG CHANGE FOR MY CAR
- Supercharger went in though I don't think I took a slr picture of it. http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure70112-7.jpg - Custom Tune @ local protuner http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure69976-1.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure70121-5.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure71092-4.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure71093-2.jpg - Then got a good deal from a fellow member in the forum. I believe it came off of memorylasts' z http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...0234-yehhh.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...re70113-12.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...re70115-14.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...re71095-11.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure71094-8.jpg And for giggles... http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...71091-slam.jpg |

Do you happen to know your friend's wing choice on his Z? Also, how are your Status seats holding up? |
Quote:
Status seats are holding up well. No rips no nothing. Though the seat base has been replaced to Bride FO rails  |
amazing car man. makes my heart skip a beat everytime i see it lol
|
A little video that local guy made for me.
Special thanks to "Galeforce" for awesome custom gauges for my needs (52mm,60mm) and "Michael@Statusracing" for yet again custom seats. Though it's not featured in this video, I would like to thank "Joe@Zspeed" for awesome SC supporting parts. |

I'm sad, confused, yet little excited about the new project thoughts.
I've been tossing the idea of selling my car and move onto a next project. I think I have a viable buyer who is a friend of mine. As the 370z being my first project when modifying cars, I think I have overdone it to the point that it has lost its character. I wanted power, I wanted the looks, I wanted too many things at once. During the very first period of attendance of road course track, I slowly leaned towards functionality of the components. Chose harder parts, stiffer stuffs and what not. Is it daily drivable? Yes and no. Everything rattles, it's loud, RE11's just don't feel safe in heavy raining season, seats make me tired very fast, but it is still very drivable. Maybe it is because I only own one car being the 370z. With that being said, I do not intend to own 2 cars and I want a car that does EVERYTHING well. I want it to be able to hold more than one person. I want to be able to drive it everyday without tiring myself. I want to be able to kick *** on trackdays and be able to go for wings right afterwards. I don't hate my car and especially all the 370z's here on the forum. I think every Z has its character and it's such a great car to enjoy. In fact, I love my car. Everytime as I walk away from a parking lot, I can't help but to look back several times. I think it's a love and hate thing. With that being said... I think my 3 page postings of picture journal ends here. Well, who knows, maybe I will keep my car :p |
I smell an evo coming in the near future lol.
Well I hope you will share your next project with us. |

Evo? maybe :driving: |
My mind is pretty much set for e9x m3 (no e93) for its all around balance. :p
Meanwhile, I went out and got some fog shots for my car. http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure72868-2.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure72867-1.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/hyuns...ure72869-3.jpg |

The hunt for the e90 m3 is really hard in here.... Might have to extend my search to US
For those in Canada with U.S imported cars, what are your thoughts on those cars in Canada? :) |
