I did get the shift knob installed...for some reason the OEM knob did not put up a fight when i removed it (lucky I guess) I like the way the knob feels compared to stock, maybe its just because it's a aftermarket part and its all in my head but that's good enough for me. my friend was right the shorter version looks good for the Z34 and I'm thinking of getting a short shifter next, any recommendations ? TWM, B&M or any other brands? well heres some pictures i took of the knob: please excuse the crappy iphone pics and dust :) http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...ps8ac229e8.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...psb4218b76.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...ps47e26ac9.jpg galeforce here is another picture of the oil cap that i took http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...psb9526872.jpg |

Well my lip is finally en route to Guam from Japan(its on its way to Kobe, japan to be shipped), can't wait for that to get here :excited:.
But for the mean time I was doing my monthly cleaning on the wheel wells for the Z and noticed my front tires are wearing out(time to buy new front tires) :shakes head: well they lasted long enough OEM tires up to 30,000+ miles is pretty good. So since I need to buy new tires and spent my money on shipping I decided to finally slap on the TE37 on the Z. Right away I noticed there is a big difference in weight between the sport rays and the VOLK TE37, I would think that since the sport rays are forged and what not they would be at least around the same weight as the TE but nope :shakes head: I like the gun metal color on the Volks with my Z, I guess next thing to get are some coilovers(still debating on which to get) Well here are some pictures please excuse the iphone pictures and my Z needs a wash badly :( well heres the worn front tire...very dirty cause where I have to park at my moms house http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...ps7b662dfd.jpg and here are the volks on my Z  http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...ps26ecc2e9.jpg http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...ps231abade.jpg anyone know where i can get those Flat type centercaps for 19" volk TE37 in gunmetal? |
Looks sharp.
