Not pictured: Giant melty spot on passenger headlight. Heat damage to driver's side housing as well. End result: $750 for a pair of salvage headlights off of ebay (mostly just for the housings) and a couple valuable lessons learned:
-Use a heat gun. Do not put your headlights in an oven unless you have a very large oven. If your headlights get too close to the heating element, they will melt. -Be patient when opening your lights for the first time. Go SLOW. The corners of your headlights are extremely fragile and will chip and warp due to heat very easily. Pay special attention to the front points (closest to the nose of the car) and the "boomerang" area>
