I think it's something to do with the tune. It would be the only thing I can think of that would cause issues with the ecu making it not want

I think it's something to do with the tune. It would be the only thing I can think of that would cause issues with the ecu making it not want to turn off when u hit the button. I would reflash it and see what happens. Could just be a glitch with the tune.
