It was a pleasant surprise. On a similar highway trip I did in the Z I averaged around 27 mpg.

Having owned a Mercedes before... it's really not that bad. Mechanically they are very sound. If you have a sensor here or there, whatever, you just don't buy your Alexander McQueen pumps this month...
4 years, 50,000 miles free maintenance is nice. 10 year 100k powertrain warranty is great!

Rebuilt the front end suspension, replaced rear wheel bearings, replaced water pump and radiator, gave up on fried ABS computer...
I'm sure yours is in top shape. My son was hard on his...
