Damn you work and your pwnage of Photobucket... in to see when I get home.

dlmartin81 07-20-2009 08:14 PM

WOW!!! It looks REALLY good. I LOVE the stance. Great choice in wheels.

Looks like you beat another member here on getting the flat-black time attacks on a MB Z.

Oh wait, that IS you.....haha. NICE!

dlmartin81 07-20-2009 08:16 PM

The last pic looks really nice.

DannyGT 07-20-2009 08:16 PM

Nice, I'd go with coilovers and then a nice corner balance/alignment and you can get them a bit more tucked but other than that great job!!! Looks badass!

For PG I WISH WISH WISH I could get some custom formula silver TE37s...

dlmartin81 07-20-2009 08:18 PM

Any rubbing issues up front on bumps and turns? It looks border line.

He should NOT be rubbing at that height...

I was crossing my fingers he would pick it up with it lowered because at these offsets without a drop the car actually looks horrible. I mean its scary what a nice drop does...and since he went with the eibach's its normal for them to still look at little 'out-there' because they dont go as low as coil overs. But its all good, either slightly lower with corner balance/alignment, or some adjustable camber arms and its all good.

I took this from DoubleDown but this is very close to our offsets WITHOUT a drop

http://www.the370z.com/members/ddmot...-toyo-r888.jpg

...again amazing at what a drop can do!

2theextreme 07-20-2009 08:24 PM

< Pictures it all on a Monterey Blue...hahaha...j/k. Looks really, really SHARP! Drooling over here for when I can see what it will look like on mine.

None yet, but I've only driven about 10 miles since they've been on. I'll keep an eye out for it and let you guys know if there is

Snakebite202 07-20-2009 08:33 PM

TE37's FTMW!

ArtVandaleigh 07-20-2009 09:14 PM

Damn thats really mean looking.

tbonesteak 07-21-2009 12:11 AM

I think you can go more aggressive on the rears easily. Need a drop as well. Car looks fantastic nonetheless. Good stuff!

Ryan@Forged 07-21-2009 07:41 AM

Car looks great! I'm glad they turned out so well :)

That is the most aggressive size and offset made in that wheel. the only way to get it to stick out any more would be to add a spacer.

LiquidZ 07-21-2009 09:27 AM

If I actually grow a pair and order TE-37's, I'll be going with bronze.

what does that wheel set up run? what colors avail (would want a white time attack lip)

i found a set of real time attacks but the rears are +22 and not +12, but i want the concave! just not sure if its worth the $$ to run spacers in the rear. ive stored money for wheels, im just so picky! thanks for making my choice harder!!:icon17::tup:

If I'm correct, those are Bridgestone RE-11's

Yup, Bridgestone RE-11's. 265/35 in the front and 305/30 in the back.

sidewayz34 07-21-2009 01:22 PM

Sizes i ment lol, thanks alot! Time to update your sig :]

Ryan@IP 07-21-2009 01:46 PM

Looking good! We used to have a Black 350Z on the Time Attack TE37s as well.. great combination. A little tire shine (good stuff, not the crap that gets all over your paint) does wonders for pictures :D

Let us know what you think of the RE-11's. I haven't seen too many quality reviews of them on the larger cars.

Lol, yeah, I know. I took these pics literally an hour after I picked the car up from the shop... didn't have time to detail or really prepare for a proper photoshoot, as the sun was going down soon. Just excited and wanted to get pics up ASAP.

SAllen0400 07-21-2009 02:44 PM

Just got the results of my alignment today. Seems the front left is a bit off. Could that be from the install of the Eibach's? I know hardly anything about camber aside from what it is. Any suggestions? Is this off enough to be highly detrimental? The tech said that the tire would wear quicker... just not sure how big a deal this is. Any help?

I know there are camber kits out there, just not sure how much I'd need one. Bascially, my question is... is this "meh, not too big a deal" or is it "Wow, you need to fix that NOW".

DannyGT 07-21-2009 02:55 PM

Not a big deal but you'll get better feedback and handling by going at least 1.9-2.1 in the front.

I basically took the dynamics of the OEM specs and told them to go more aggressive. I think like all the pre-set coilovers, the springs that are being developed for the car are being left tad lower in the rear than it should be...

Also, my shop told me I was max positive in either the front or rear (sorry cant remember which now) and that if I wanted less camber I would have to go with adjustables...so really...being anywhere in the 1.9-2.2 all around really suited me well and I didnt have to spend more money. I'll never go more positive than that. If anything I would probably go more aggressive for track setups.

Sharif@Forged 07-21-2009 05:45 PM

Very nice! I'd love to see some modeling pics of your car. The fat rubber really gives the 370z a meaner look.

So long did it take to get the blue stickers off? :)

PM sent. The +22 will require at least a 10mm spacer, and would lake some of the concavity.

LiquidZ 07-30-2009 02:33 PM

I wan't more pictures!

ilive2win 08-01-2009 10:47 PM

god, black on black looks soooo good, i love your volks, sick z!

Run888 08-02-2009 01:05 PM

TE-37's look awesome

SAllen0400 08-02-2009 05:44 PM

Im getting the door handles painted to match the body color next week. I'll do a proper photoshoot and post more pics after that gets done. Now that I've had these mods done for a couple weeks, I've been able to see the car in many different settings and angles. I have a ton of ideas for some good pics.
