Is it possible you polished out the clearcoat too soon after you painted it. M aybe it didn' cure completely and caused a cloudiness in the clear that gets magnified

Is it possible you polished out the clearcoat too soon after you painted it. M aybe it didn' cure completely and caused a cloudiness in the clear that gets magnified by the sun???
