Hopefully I get some updates from GTM soon and get some data to look review. They just got it yesterday afternoon and it's 8am there haha. So I'm kicking around a couple ideas after I get the car back and I'm back home. Looking at the gunmetal Nismo rims on black Nismo's, they look goooooood. I was debating powder coating my rims gunmetal before I actually saw it. The debate is to do my rims and have my lights done in a matte dark grey. I know I won't be as cool because I don't have aftermarket rims, but Nissan really did a great job choosing the SP and Nismo rims (except the 13+ SP... Don't like them as much). Second idea I'm kicking around. Taking that matte gunmetal color and applying it to the fang area and/maybe rear bumper section near the exhaust. What do you all think? It's hard finding a contrasting color combination with black. White, Blue, Yellow, Red, nearly every other color, you can just black it out... Not so easy when the entire car is black! LIGHT BULB! Okay, I'm doing it. The door handles will look bad a$$ if it were the same colors as the rims. Will be just enough for me.

Updates from GTM. They took a pic of my car on their dyno
![]() ![]() And a baseline run they share with me. This is with the stock manifold. ![]() LMAO, they wasted no time strapping her down! These results were right when they pulled her off the truck! It's definitely mine. I see some trademarks on the dyno curve. AFR's stayed below 13 except for one spike. It was tuned at 13.2. It''s still gains compared to my last no matter how it's looked at. If anything, this just solidifies my decision. I'm sure there is a lot left on the table to tune here, as well as the manifold and new spark plugs. But I'm not going to worry about that. EDIT: Granted one is STD and the other is SAE, but these numbers are eerily close, not only that, look at the curves, same dips, same spikes. These are 9 months apart and on different dynos. Talk about accurate. I also linked all the pictures from my album so people who have photobucket blocked at work can see everything. ![]()

Thanks guys. I'm really trying to find relevant stuff to post for the community as well as build some excitement. When the last guy pulled out of the twin SC project, I was deflated that it didn't culminate to anything. So I started looking all over to see what was my best options were. I literally had trouble finding a way forward. What makes it worse is being out here, I have hours to ponder about what to do. I planned so far out ahead, that it came as a shock that I can do this now. Not only that, but be the first to explore new ground, build some hype around this project, get feedback, really give something back to the community. I learned a lot just reading everyone's experiences. I try to post all my experiments and findings, anything to give back.
There aren't very many members that run LTH's or shorties for that matter. Any info on their performance is worth a lot to a few. People running LTH's and a HFC/ HFC's I can count on two fingers. Myself and Mike Bonani. But at least there is information on how it performs, and that it's even an option. There are only a handful of guys running full breather mods and an M370 manifold. What we post gives insight to other members what to expect. There are only a couple tuned results on this as well. We now know what a franken-exhaust sounds like that was pieced together by three different companies. It tames the rasp from the PPE's! And sounds like a liter bike ROFL EDIT: Removed some stuff, editing with questions. Tanabe Z40 coilovers. I want to tighten up the stock setup, but I don't want to compromise the ride that most coilovers end up doing. These still use twin tube shocks and have a couple inches of height adjustment without affecting stroke or preload. They are not as aggressive as monotubes, but I think these will give me the improvement and adjustability I'm looking for. Stiffer, but not punishing. Any thoughts/inputs? Opinions: 19x11 +18 Rear and 19x9.5 +15/ or 19x10.5 +22 fronts (not sure if this will fit) Link to the rims. New WORK Emotion Kiwami - 19" with Ultra Deep Concave - $2300 Only ! I want them in GT silver wrapped in some RE-11's. I've always liked them, and finally them make them in big boy sizes.

The rears will fit, no problem. That's the same size I'm running. My fronts are 19x9.5 +20 and work very well. I like using this site to see the difference in wheel offsets, Wheel Offset Calculator

Thanks Galeforce. I used the calculator using the 19x9.5 I listed. That's what Work used on their 370Z in that picture. The calculator said it would stick out 6mm more and be 20mm deeper in the wheel well. I think it'd fit, but not 100% sure. And what happens if I get coil overs and the car drops an inch?
Those rims sure are sexy though

Looks like I'll be adding a JWT clutch and flywheel to the process
![]() I hope what you say is true Shamu. My HFC might prove to be a hidden Godsend if it helps with this supposed back pressure needed in the system for the Rotrex superchargers to build power. Again, huge gray area on how it will perform. I'm just gonna ride shotgun and see where it goes. Either way, I'm tired of being disappointed in this numbers game. Not sure what is holding back my NA numbers. Flywheel would only add another 5-6whp. Idk if it's my exhaust, the HFC, I dunno. The twin SC's is my answer. It's my nuclear weapon that was just unleashed on pesky peasants that refused to do what I said. Overkill, but I get what I want lol. EDIT: Clutch/flywheel, confirmed payment. MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE!!!!!!!!! This is a bit more comforting knowing I have more clamp pressure to hold the torque. Not gonna complain about the flywheel either, should help spin up the SC's.
