Well, that's in Fayetteville, NC by the Bordeaux Shopping Center actually. I only know that because I went to the hospital adjacent to it a while back.

This is stunning, as the atmosphere could be really in Paris. I had a doubt because I don't know any car park like this one around the Eiffel Tower, further empty, as the car places are very rare in this area. Moreover, I don't remember a first floor balcony like this one, but it could be in the end of the year when it is decorated for Christmas.

The Eiffel Tower is so tall that you can see it everywhere around, so you cannot see on a picture, because the tower is in the background and it depends greatly where you are, the angle of the picture and the lens you use. I don't talk about the post treatment of the picture as with Photoshop or some other software (easier to use) you can create some kinds of miracles.
