I picked up some black breather filters, and ordered fittings for the Greddy oil relocation thermostat plate.

Noticed a few oil fitting are leaking, not at the threads though. There isn't any tension on the lines that could cause the leaks, and rearranging the fittings make no difference. Guess I will have to order new fittings for the lines.

Also the rough idle was bad today. I tried to get make a video of it but failed. It's hard to hear the idle, but you can see the A/F start to lean out, which usually makes the car bog/want to stall/and throw a code. In this case it corrects itself before it stalls.

I pulled it out of the garage and used the air nozzle on it to blow the dust off. The highway run took care of the rest of the dust. A wash is in order soon.

1 - How fast do you need need to go to get all the dust off?

2 - When did you switch to those mirrors (craftsquare?)?

That GReddy thermostat plate was a pain to located and get in but we finally made it work. I'll give you the details when I get a free minute

1 - Well... there happened to be a Porsche 996 Carrara convertible that pulled up beside me on the highway... the driver and his passenger was staring at the Z, probably trying to figure out what it was, then the driver decided to goose it (the Porsche), I think they were trying to impress us... my wife started to laugh as I downshifted to 5th... he didn't look very pleased once he caught up to me... however fast that was, that's the answer.

2 - Yes, Craftsquare. I installed them last summer/fall. They have an amazing field of view.
