Pretty sure you can make this thing if you find a piece of 2" wide alum flat bar and just bend it to fit. It didn't look like more than 3/16" thick, maybe 1/4". If I get a chance to run to the hardward store before I install the kit I'll get you the bolt size for the GReddy mounting. For the mounting to the frame, Sasha just provided lag screws.

Pretty sure the GReddy side attachment bolts are M8's but they could be M10's. I know they aren't M6's cuz I have a bunch of those laying around since I replaced all the undershroud bolts. Again if I can make it to a hardware store to check bolt sizes before install I'll confirm but at least I narrowed it down for you.

Don't make a special trip, I'll check it out as soon as I get some time to myself in the garage. :tiphat:

Oh and not sure when you plan to install the new thermostat plate but I'll have mine in next weekend. I'll definitely send you some pictures and any advise I have to share on location.

Sasha modified the fittings for me and yes the GReddy is -10an. You have a couple of options. If you want to buy just one new braided hose, then you can change the fittings on the GReddy to all -8an. What I believe Sasha did was give me -10an fittings everywhere but I've not unrolled all the hoses yet.

Russell Performance - Specialty AN Fittings

Look at the AN port adapters and order one that will transition from -10an to -8an. SummitRacing carries them but you might be able to find them cheaper.

All the hoses and fittings are -8AN. I went and purchased 4 new -8AN fittings for the Greddy thermostat. This makes things simpler, since I use -8AN fitting/hoses for the entire set-up.

Jason, you can get these at PA in the hydraulic section. They are metric, 20mm x 1/2 JIC I think, but don't quote me on it.

Installed the CJM fuel gauge adaptor. Quick and easy. There is one small issue, there is a bracket that needs to be modified or removed. Follow along with the pics to see what I mean.

This is the offending piece of bracket. You can cut or grind this tab off, or remove it.

I chose to remove it. But now the MAF sensor wire is sticking out like a sore thumb.

No problem, unplugged and rerouted. Nice and clean now.
