Yes, OEM headers everything beyond that is new fabrication to the CBE. You need to use FI cat back exhaust, or Berk exhaust, or do some welding to get you exhaust of choice to fit.

And mitco39 out west :tiphat:

Yeah I can't believe I forgot Mitch. His was the second kit installed. Mine was the first DIY install.

The first one might be Jmac?

This is the piece of art that bolts up to the OEM headers. I had to take some shots in my studio of this piece of awesomeness before I tucked it up under the car.

Yes, Mitch is another customer (local to me). I think he is at about 15,000 kilometers on the kit now. This includes a trip down to Montana (about 1,500km's) without any issues. There are ten of these kits out there at the moment, and that number will double before the end of this year.

I think Mitch is already on a second set of RE11's on the rear wheels, and from what I heard last weekend he may have welded his clutch to the flywheel. So he really beats the crap out of the car/kit. I know that if there were any issues he would let me know.

Also, open dumps are cheaper than recirculated wastegate exhaust, since it is only a couple of short pipes with a flange at the end.

I wouldn't worry at all about the fact that BP is in Canada. Everything arrived fine and half the items shipped directly from the US anyways. Sasha was the most responsive person I have ever dealt with and even handled a few minor after the sale issues for me to my complete satisfaction.

Driving it on the track is friggin awesome. Heading back out again in a few weeks!

single turbo = boat loads of wtq

BP's kit keeps the turbo out of the engine bay which is great as these car's run hot enough. It also leaves room to run a large turbo. The top mount single kits I've seen(minus 98intrigues top mount) place the turbo right next to the fuel system on the passenger side bank.....no bueno. Best single kit for the platform in production hands down. Best FI kit out there for the price/power/potential ratio.

Lookin good as usual Gale!

Hey galeforce, I was wondering how many qts of oil did you put into your engine after the spacer + oil cooler. I have the same setup except with the 30r cooler. I put 7 qts in mine and it seems like I may not have enough.

I'm not 100% sure. I want to say something like 8 liters initially.

Norton Speedgrip. 3M also has similar material. Check with a body supply shop.
