I also have some Craft Square mirrors coming to me shortly. Unfortunately I won't receive them in time for Z-Fest. I'm very excited to get them, supposedly they are the only set in Canada.

Sure I can do that. So far the quality is top notch.

The same way I dealt with the factory one, remove it entirely.

The trap door does look like you would have ample room to remove the oil filter if it was in the stock location. I'll try to get a picture of it installed.
