I got some "me" time in the garage tonight. I had another look at the intercooler piping, loosened everything up, dropped the turbo. After adjusting the pipe, I finally got the piping where I needed it. Now all I had to do was the hard part... getting the turbo to play nice with the silicone coupling... After wrestling with it for a few minutes I had one of these moments,
Success!!!!

lol at the video...glad to see you got it all figured out and in place.
You are now the first person to ever successfully install a Boosted Performance twin scroll turbo kit on a 370z...other than me of course. At the same time, this means that I got it right when it comes to the kit and the instructions.

You certainly did. The kit is easy as pie to install, I just needed more lube and muscle to get the neck of the turbo to fit properly. Now that I've done this one, I could probably do another in 2-3 full days. The instruction manual is great, and the fact that everything "fits" is a big bonus.

I like a "tight" fit over a "loose" fit anyday
Cant wait for some videos of this monster.

It's like spring out there today +9°c!!!! Had the garage doors open a crack today while I did the fuel pump.
Fuel pump by J M Gale, on Flickr I also added oil and primed the Scavenge pump today. The kit itself is finished. I just need the exhaust shop to modify my Berk CBE, finish installing gauges, install the boost controller, upload the base map. Soooooo close!
