I went to Nissan today and here are some pics of the motor being reassembled with the JUN cams, upgraded valves, valves springs, titanium retainers, and five angle valve job, and other parts installed (BC coilovers) or to be installed (upgraded 7AT torque converter) on the car. I also received my upgraded flex plate as well. The heads were attached to the block today along with the cosworth head gaskets and the arp L19 head bolts. Waiting to go on the car is my nst pulley set, stillen transmission cooler, hks spark plugs, z1 motorsports engine and transmission urethane mounts. On monday the tech said hopefully by the end of the day the motor should be dropped back in the car. Fingers are crossed

I went to Nissan today to check on the status of the motor being reassembled. The back plate, timing chains and front plate were all installed. The tech was working on installing the dc motors for the VVEL before I lifted. He also installed the NST crank pulley. I took a pic of the inside of one of the dc motors so you can see what it looks like inside (sorry for the blurriness). By weds the motor is going to be back in the car and on friday the motor will be started for the first time. All gaskets and seals are also being replaced as the motor is put back together.

Yes it is I didn't want to just slap a turbo or supercharger on it and be like everyone else even though I know I won't make as much power I don't care it's still going to be sweet

Went to Nissan again today and saw the motor had not been put in the car yet but almost everything was put back together on the motor including the headers. The tech said the motor was going into the car the first thing in the morning cause still had to change out the torque converter and the flex plate which he was doing when I left the shop. I will be taking the oil to him tomorrow morning and as you can see from the pics I have the Z1 motorsports mounts installed on the motor and both NST pulleys also on the motor. Both valve covers were already installed and he said the M370 manifold will be reinstalled when the motor is fully attached and all hoses and lines are reconnected. We are still planning on friday to start the vehicle and for that a video will be taken. Stay Tuned.......

Update: went to Nissan again today and behold the motor is back in the car. There is alot of work to be done but the wiring harness is attached. The motor mounts fit perfectly in the engine bay thanks to Z1 motorsports. The motor was reattached to the transmission along with the upgraded torque converter and flex plate. Tomorrow is the day that the motor will be started. I am so excited I will be recording the startup. STAY TUNED .......
