Did you take a lot of photos of the radiator remove/replace process?
I'm thinking about doing a custom setup for a lot cheaper than the CSF. I just have this mental block about paying $600 for a radiator with condenser when I don't want the damned condenser to begin with. I can get a similarly sized aluminum racing radiator (dual pass) for $230 shipped... |

I don't have a lot of pics just a couple. It's really a very simple process. Just have to remove the oil cooler, power steering, (don't have to remove the lines just move to the side) core support, and wiring harnesses.

I am to. Not sure exactlt when. I have so much things to do now with the car. Plugging holes in the heater core slots, getting some dry ice to get the sound deadening out, and depinning the harness a lot more. Got all the harness out of the doors as we speak.

Mid crash/ support beam before
Mid crash/ support beam after. I trimmed off all unnecessary bracket that weren't needed any longer. Which was mostly AC controls, radio, and glove box. Then plasti dipped it. Heater Core bypass Door Harnesses deleted

How does taking all this wiring out work with the cars computer and voltage regulation. Do you need a new ecm or reprogramming in order for the car not to react negatively to reduction of wiring/things plugged in?

There's nothing that has to be reprogramed. Most of the wiring I am reducing at the moment is the airbag system and rear defroster. I'm about to start on the heatercore/ AC unit now. Just make sure you don't short out wires together. This is the part that takes time.

Looking good Spohn. You and Shamu should have a competition on who has the lightest car.
