Painted front fangs and rear diffuser.
Got the car back from the body shop. Instead of vinyl, I decided to have the fangs and rear diffuser painted a satin black. Came out a bit more glossy then intended, but still looks nice. It def looks more satin in person, then in these photos.
Still stock otherwise, for now. http://img545.imageshack.us/img545/7479/img1990r.jpg |

Clear bra install in 30 days. Paint needs time to cure.

I use Apex Auto Body in the area. Paul is the man. |
wow it looks really nice!
do you think satin black fang and the diffuser would look nice on a metallic gray car?? |
Were you able to get the clearbra to adhere to the front grill? I'm looking to freshen up my grill also.
Any better photos/closeups of the rear diffuser straight from the back? Looks great on white. Thanks |
The clear bra stuck just fine. We put satin guard over the black parts and the regular clear guard over the rest. The satin guard gave the black bits more of the satin look we were looking for in the first place. We also realized it was such a noticeable difference, that we installed satin guard on the rear diffuser also, so it matched perfectly.
Will take a pic of the rear for you when I can. |
