It drives me nuts sometimes too. If I didn't have a 40th I would have done A LOT more. I just bought an s14 that I can play with and do whatever I want with to satisfy the bug

Update on the front bash bar... All test fitted with the bumper on. I'm going to need to shorten the tow hook a bit.

Hoses and couplers arrived today directly from Samco Sport. Every piece of silicone in the bay is getting swapped out.

im a conventional paint kind of guy. I really don't like the wrap/ plastidip movements going on... just a cheap short cut IMO

Im trying to decide if I should go with a "hidden" style tow hook mount instead of the one already fabricated. The hidden would either pivot like the one shown below or retract strait back. I think its a good look and would clean up the "fangs" on the bash bar quite a bit, the down side is id have to cut a hole in the bumper.

Attached a current mock up of the tow hook as its fabricated now as well.

That Porsche has such a clean cut it doesn't matter. Go for it.

I think the current one looks fine and it saves you from having to cut a hole in your bumper.

I would leave it as is.

Picked the motor up and a buddy started the wire harness extension and tuck today. Also snapped a pic of the Tiburnt hardware against the Powdercoated timing cover.

My buddy and I put in about 7 hours on the tuck today. Unfortunately we only had one soder gun and hear gun so progress was limited. There is still a ton left to do but we'll get there.
