Great to see a motor in there and running! Congrats!

Thanks, everyone! The car is finished!!! I couldn't pick it up today because I couldn't get a ride..going to pick it up tomorrow at lunch! Obstacle after obstacle kept popping up, but the end result will hopefully be worth it. My clutch slave cylinder failed on Tuesday, so that was another unexpected expense and headache. I'll update tomorrow with pics :)

Serious! Clutch pressure was NEVER an issue and the clutch was replaced during the last build...you would think there would have been a leak then or the 600 miles I drove it last time. Installer said maybe because my car sat for so long that the seal dried up? Who knows...all I know is it cost me an extra $750 that I had out away for my exhaust guy.

She's a dirty girl. Dirty girl. Already working on tinting the tails and then I'll work on the dash lighting and then time for a wash. I'll be attending a small cars and coffee event at Ferrari of Tampa Bay tomorrow morning.

Ha, I think it's worse pulling up in my Taurus with blown front struts! We took my friend's black on black new 5.0 today, so we had a 40 mile drive home causing some neck snaps.

Detailed the car finally last night and took it down to the beach for lunch today. Still have quite a lot of work left to do... This weekend, I attempted to install the BlueBatmobile overlays. I was successful in applying the tint on the rear quarter side markers and reverse lights, but failed miserably on the taillight, so I ripped it off and will buy another pair and have a tint shop install them...damned curved taillights! I changed out the gauge/climate control lighting for white LEDs, along with the dome/trunk/license plate lights...then realized I need one more for the footwell. I also changed the fogs with 30-LED bulbs to match the 6k HIDs I just finished installing. I installed the painted center console pieces along with the new MGW shifter/knob...what a HUGE difference in throws!

Ha, it was pretty big! I couldn't stop checking out the gauges to make sure oil pressure was safe. So far, so good!

Thanks! Me too, man! It has to be problem free after what I've gone through.
