I don't recall it being too hard. The drivers side was a little difficult, had to unbolt the lock mechanism and the door handle to remove the cables connecting them.

I don't recall it being too hard. The drivers side was a little difficult, had to unbolt the lock mechanism and the door handle to remove the cables connecting them. the passenger side was just the lock mechanism, then I cut all the wires going into the door and removed them. Didn't do anything with the trunk mechanism, but it doesn't work now because of the wire removal in the drivers door.
