actually, I was pondering that while I slept last night, and I think its just like that for ease of assembly and installation to be able to get at the underside.

Thanks guys!!!!! I'm really happy with the way it came out.
I know the wheel coloring might not be to everyone's liking, and that is cool. I like it, and it showcases my powdercoating skills. As for the wing, that too might be a little over the top for a street car, but I spend as much time on the track as I do the street with this car, and the wing is extremely functional. I have instructed Forged to lower the car 1.25" front and 1" rear. My track tires lower me 1/2" as it is, and I have 2" clearance on my trailer, so a total 1.75 front should still let me load without scraping. In addition to those coilovers, I also bought the eibach (SPC) front and rear adjustable camber/toe/caster kits.
