At first I thought shzt! Megans doctor sewed thumbs to his feet  gives a whole new perspective of heel toeing on the down shift.
Heal up quick Megan looks like a class 3 sprain. Painfull but, once it starts healing no biggy. And do the rehab exercises the doc says to do.
