![]() For those that think itz overkill for an N/A setup because more downforce is also more drag. I totally agree with that.... im not building the aero kit for Megan with the current power in mind but I will have to deal with it for 2014. ![]() |

I now remember why I never continued into any bodywork job in my younger age... damn I hate doing that stuff !!!
For the pass week, I've been working in the garage and it seem like I haven't done much ! - rear right quarter panel is now made, it just need some finishing up the edges, adding reinforcement and brackets for the side panel. - New suspension in, which took almost a day because I had a damn headache ! - The AP BBK is removed for rebuilt and resurfacing in the next few weeks. - Almost done with all of the diffuser bracket. - The rear bumper cover is nearly done installing, I couldn't finish since I left a tool at home ! ;/ and then this ![]() this is the first part of a 2 pieces mold ![]() Last edited by Megan370z; 04-05-2014 at 07:42 PM. |

![]() I love doing everything myself the only problem is I dont always have the right tools for the job, which suck ! There is soo much more I could do, its all about money in the end. I cant fabricate anything to sell to make money ,, no body like having race car parts ,, right ? still have the whole exhaust setup for sale ![]() |

Hey, I was looking at Cusco's LSD stuff, looks like they all specify they're meant as replacements for VLSD on the cusco-usa site here: Vehicle Results . Does that mean these work with the existing unequal-length stub axles from the VLSD?

Hmmm, that and they make a specific model for the AT carrier may push me over the edge to just getting the Cusco (I was already on the fence). That means I don't have to go shop for a new MT housing, I can just buy LSD + gears (+bearings, + oil seals?) and swap it out in my existing pumpkin.

Weekend Update !
It was a very slow week and weekend, I guess I was a bit tired of working on the car the week before in the cold from -20 to +3 Celsius and almost 8 to 12 hours a day (with break time of course) For the skeptic here we go with the main part of the rear right quarter panel. It weight in at 2 lbs 14.5 oz. Almost done! Some trimming left and then a final epoxy coating + clear coat. ![]() ![]() Last edited by Megan370z; 04-05-2014 at 07:41 PM. |
