Looks good. I like the simple 5 spoke split wheels.
Do you by chance happen to have any straight on nose pics with the Stillen Front Plate adapter? I'm looking at getting one and need to know how much of the grille it covers. :tiphat: |

Very clean!!! Can we get more pics from the front and sides, doesn't look like the wheels stick out at all. What are the specs of the wheels/alignment?

so i just took the z to the muffler shop, and it looks like they're going to fail at getting the demon bolts off as well! wtf are up with mine. mine seem 10x worse than anything i've read on these bastards. i came into this so well prepared thanks to the DIY's on here and it seems no one can get em off.
|
success! finally. my demon bolts were the king of demon bolts. they have been cross threaded some how. the muffler shop was able to get off the driver side, and i had to remove the head/cat combo so we can cut off the head of the bolt. after 3 freagin weeks the resonated test pipes are on. the sound is muuuch deeper and pronounced. loving it. the seller didn't include the gaskets so i just used some gasket material for now and ordered the gaskets from Tony. I'll do a sound clip with my gf's studio mic following the gasket replacement.
soon to install -> spc camber kit |
Nice set-up!
|
so apparently f.i. doesn't provide gaskets for the header to test pipe. which kinda sucks but oh well. apparently berk makes one, and i feel better knowing i have a gasket there and not just sealant. so i'll be ordering those today. camber kit should be here this week so that'll be going on as well.

...wheels look good...especially on your colour

just a little sound clip. recorded it with a compressor mic for better quality. have a bit of an exhaust leak on the test pipe that i'll need to fix later. i'm not lovin the rasp on the down rev. that may be a deal break for me. may have to upgrade to the motordyne art pipes. but the sound is definitely very mean. much more pronounced.
tried out the video stabilizer on youtube. kinda cool. |
