I've been lurking your build since I've found this forum and I loved the planning and work you put into it

Going from a 2" to 3" brake cooling hose. The hose comes in 11ft lengths. I used all 11ft. I used the high temp hose that isn't as flexible as the other hose. Thinking back on it. I could have used that instead. If doing this on a turbo car. It would be a must with the more flexible hose.
https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/gr...roupID=AIRHOSE 1st pic. The difference in hose size. 2nd pic. The duct inlet. 3rd pic. The 2" set-up. 4th pic. The 3" modded inlets. 5th and 6th pics. Routing the hose from the duct.

Backing plates.
1st pic. A modded OEM with a 3" tube, and the 2" Stillen. Found out that the modded OEM doesn't have enough offset and flexed into the rotor when the steering wheel was all the way to one side. The oem has an offset of 3/16". The Stillen has an offset of 5/16". The OEM thickness is .032" The Stillen is .038". 2nd and 3rd pic. Modding the Stillen for the 3" hose. 4th pic. Checking for clearance. 5th and 6th pic. The steering knuckle. 7th pic. When installing the wheel bearing. There is a top and bottom to them. If you install them up side down. They will fit but you can't install the wheel sensor. 8th pic. The backing plate and wheel bearing installed. 9th pic. Looking at the back of the rotor.

Here, you can see the flex in the backing plate. This is the Stillen. The OEM would hit the rotor.
1st pic. Wheels straight ahead. 2nd and 3rd pics. Wheels turn all the way from one side to the other.

Tire clearance. It's tight. Had to oval the hose with a rubber mallet just above the sway bar.
2nd pic. Before ovaling. 3rd pic. you can see the oval.

First time on the road since last November. With the SPL subframe bushing and the Bell diff brace. I can hear the diff now. It a racecar type whine on going up and down in speed.
