Jason,

Let me know when you are ready to roll on some installs.

I had pretty good luck with a few body shops.

Restoration House Auto Body
and
Home - Schaefer Autobody Centers

Have you heard anything about the Schaefer in Webster Groves? I need a few body pieces painted and installed and I live in Webster.

Jasonle 02-09-2013 07:55 AM

I called elite custom in St. Peter's...really nice ppl. They do good body work I heard. I might end up taking everything I need installed there

Had some work done by the Schaefer in Creve Coure after our Honda CR-V got rear ended. It looks perfect now.

Got the supra back this evening. Just passed safety inspection. I didn't know 1995 and below don't need a emission test?

So I was quoted by a body shop in my area that paints and installs body kits...So to install and paint my full Amuse body kit front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, wing and brake light, and my aftermarket fenders....I was quoted $3k for EVERYTHING. He said thats the high end...it could be less depending how much fitment issues are...

Does this sound about right?

Mr&Mrs 02-26-2013 03:46 PM

Sounds like a deal to me, only because I know how much of a PITA the fenders can be. 1200.00-1700.00 just for paint on those parts.

Quick370z 02-26-2013 04:17 PM

ya thats like a deal for sure, kit looks nice though, esp the wing.

Jasonle 02-26-2013 05:13 PM

thanks guys! ima definitely bring it to them

Just bought the Full Amuse Body Kit(shineauto)!!! I would like to thank Lloyd(tower74) for this. Awesome dude from kanasa city with a bad *** New 2013 Nismo! Thank you.

now I'm waiting to get the Evor side mirrors and $$$$$ to paint and install all these goodies! I just can't find a good reliable body shop in St. Louis though..:(

I'm also suppose to be getting a car today...I'll keep you guys posted what that will be ;)

I just seen this but not a problem at all. Like I told you I bought, it sat for a year on the shelf and then traded in the old Z for the Nismo. Trust me I was happy to get it out my hair, well what I have left. Also, glad to see you are about to get it installed. Would love to see it when it's finished.

thanks AGAIN Lloyd for the kit. I'm super excited! Hopefully we can all have one big meet together with the kc group and stl group this summer... That Branson z meet seems cool... but I'm going out of the country on vacation. that weekend.

Btw I love that vis carbon fiber hood! That will look bad *** with that nismo. You should get them vented fenders too

Well the body is going have to wait. I'm saving my money right now to buy the 4.2 engine upgrade. I'm hoping to have it on order by November of this year and have it installed by the beginning of 2014. Then the TWINS....1000hp here I come!!! Well at least 700:tiphat:
