On the way to work tonight hit something in the road and snapped the stillen front splitter on the right hand side. I guess I need to find a solution to being lowered. Either I put back on the original springs or find something like a coilover or airbag system to raise the ride height during daily driving. I like the idea of hitting a button to raise and lower the vehicle but cannot find enough info to really get a good feeling about it. Any suggestions out there.

The Tein EDFC system is the only one I know of that's actually used... Apparently either HKS or K&W was developing one, but never heard anything more about it. I thought about getting it myself, but couldn't justify $2500 for the coils and another $2500 for just the controller.

yeah I saw something like this air system but really not sure if it would be worth it. I am afraid of leaks etc and causing myself more problems than just taking the time to raise and lower a set of coilovers.

well after two days and thanks to my great friend joe we finally finished her. so here are the in progress photos and the finished product. enjoy.

scary part removing the original spoiler. a two man job for sure

neighbors were probably hating me about this time.

that is me under the car.

my buddy joe. could not have completed this without him

and finally the finish product. all she needs now is a bath and a good coat of Zaino.

i will get some good shots of the rear wing and bumper tomorrow when it gets light out.
