I had to get some more transfer tape, so they were a little delayed, but they went out today.

good looking ride!

im really feeling that gauge mod. i wish i didn't have a broken oven to do the headlight mod. my oven overheats and toasted my tail lights last time.

Ron 10-22-2011 09:19 PM

Thanks Travis, I love your Z!

Haitech, I used a heat gun instead of the oven. I feel you have more control over what you are applying heat to and how much.

Very nice! Why are you considering selling the intakes? You did a great job with the headlights, really inspiring me to do my own

It looks like you've got it pretty flush just on springs, keep up the good work

haitech 11-01-2011 01:59 AM

How much heat did you use? Any tips when using the heat gun?

And where's the updates?! You loaded all the mods on the first page. lol

red6spd 11-01-2011 06:37 AM

Those headlights really make a difference, nice job man.

Just enough to soften the plastic and the glue inside. Once u pop the housing apply heat as you pry it open. An extra person will be good. I haven't done anything else to it yet, those are mods that I've done for the last few months but never got around posting lol. Big update soon though!

Amazing thread Ron!

I got to see your car in person today at Cars and Coffee, and the pictures/write-ups don't do it justice. It's gorgeous.

Looking forward to further write-ups.
