Do the Evo-R covers look like overs or do they look "stock" if that makes sense?

Forgive me for the late response, fitment on the rear splats are not quite bad. but you need to hold it screws and double sided tapes.

Well, that depends on how you get it installed. I installed it perfectly so it looks like 'almost' oem like
