Anyways I need your guys help deciding what to get for my next mod. Here are my choices:

-Off brand head unit
-Swift Spec R Springs
-Stillen Front Splitter + black out fangs
-Replace my front bumper

All of those are around $200-300. Head unit will be a bit more with all the accessories. I'm leaning towards either the Swifts or the splitter right now.

I'm voting for springs or splitter.

Be aware that the springs will show just how weak the base offsets are though.

Hmm still undecided. Got someone offering me the bumper for $200. Could have it installed this weekend. Since I know nothing about spacers and I need a decision on this quickly, which brand/type should I get?

Splitter would be impossible to hide from my parents so I think I'm leaning towards the springs or bumper. My parents think spending money on mods for my car is a stupid waste of money and they get mad at me when I do it. So I have to get mods they won't notice. If there isn't a huge visual difference, they will never know. They never really sit in my car, just see it parked in the parking lot. Springs I could get away with and replacement bumper has already been pre-approved by them

I think I'm gonna get the bumper. I will probably keep the old one for track days.

Ahh... I remember those days. I still remember "if you spend any more money on your car, you can afford your own car insurance". In college, I paid for my G35, but my parents paid the insurance. So for my Alcantara interior and turbo kit, it was all paid in cash in hopes they wouldn't know (my credit card statements were sent to my home address, not college address). After about a year, my dad bragged about his coworker's GT500 and how fast it was. I couldn't take it anymore and had to finally give him a ride. It was classic.

Nice. I pay for my insurance, but that and the car loan are under their name. If I make them too angry, they might force me to sell the car and I can't really do anything about it. They were afraid of me getting a sports car in the first place so getting things to make it go faster isn't going to make them happy. Once I finish school and start working full time, I won't have to worry about these things anymore. Will still be living with my parents though.

Good choice. You won't regret it.

After the springs you should get a new bumper next though...
