BTW Dan and I were telling him he needs to remove the passenger seat for his next run. That's a good 70 lbs there. We also wanted to remove the hatch and rear bumper. :icon17:

But if you did beat my stock time I will just go out and run on slicks and post a modded time. I can run 11's easy on ET streets. Trackshun is my issue. :icon17: |

I would probably give it a go as well. I can take my passenger seat, rear seats, and all of the trunk stuff out and cut close to 100lbs too. Quote:

In fact, we could do it right there at the track. I can come down with you one of these days, and we'll remove the passenger seat and the stuff from the trunk, and I'll watch it for you. Although would lightening the rear of the vehicle decrease traction? |

100 lbs off the Z would be huge. Shahid has the best of all possible conditions considering he's only like 140 lbs soaking wet, and we have tracks here with very, very low DAs. If only he could drive MT well I'd let him jockey the 5.0. |

I've got it. We drastically weight reduce shahid's car and he drives it. we put all that in your car and I drive it. You take a video. The Z fanboys would worship that video until the end of time. :bowrofl::bowrofl::bowrofl: |

I am definitely going back to the track next spring, or maybe even later this fall (probably not), when I have my PSSs on. I'm interested to see how it goes with the tune. Stock I was bouncing off the rev limiter in 4th gear about 150ft before the finish line. That shouldn't be a problem now. 114+ traps here I come! |
