btw...is that c/f on roof or what?
Thanks. Every time I take it out feels like getting into a new car. I only drive it a couple times a week. Now that it's starting to get cold I'll be driving it even less.

The roof is wrapped in a gloss black vinyl. I originally wanted a carbon fiber roof inspired by the new M3's but the carbon fiber roof costs around $6-700 I think. There is a vinyl that has the carbon fiber look, but it's more matte than glossy and wouldn't go good with the rest of the carbon fiber on the car.

Really like the lip kit you have. I have a question you may or may not be able to answer. Do you know what is behind the side skirts. More importantly behind the the last part where it rises up to meet the rear quarter panel?

These photos may help. I'm not sure but I think you mean the area of the side skirt that is only visible when the door is open?

If you are wondering in regards to removal, then all there is holding the skirt in place after screws have been removed from the back, front, and underneath, are snap clips that can just be pried apart from the body when wedged properly. And that little strip of 3M tape

Thanks Dallaz, those pictures were exactly what I needed to see. A friend and I were discussing an idea a couple weeks ago about having a side exit exhaust that came out through the side skirt. We decided that if some time and a chunk of money it could look nice. Not sure how it would sound, but we both agree it has the potential to look bada$$. I was talking about the area right in front of the rear wheel.

Aah glad to have helped. I'm a valet and will tell you something about side exhausts. They friggin burn the heck out of you if you forget as your getting out of the car and set your leg on the side skirt for leverage when getting out. I learned that from Vipers while wearing shorts. Not fun

Well actually I haven't got them
Yet. Those pictures shown are of Flushnismo's car but he said they sound great. And also Somatic had just short tails before doing any other engine/exhaust mods and it sounds killer. I'm definitely going to get them

haha, What we were thinking was to have a body shop cut a hole down low near the bottom rear corner of the side skirt and have it blended in so the exhaust tip would actually be recessed from the surface a little. Then get a hi temp rubber O-ring to make it fit nice and snug while preventing rattles as well.

If you guys could possibly get this to work it would be pretty crazy. It would give the opportunity for new rear diffuser designs as well
