Default Wh1te370z Build

So after owning the car for almost a year ive finally been able to play with some minor mods. So decided to start a build thread. Cars a daily driver and plan on tracking her as often as my wallet allows.

Me and the day i picked her up

Painted rear valance

Painted Fangs

Wrapped the roof in flat black

Z1 Motorsports 25 row oil cooler to be installed

Track rims and tires.
18" Zigen rims w pirelli Corsa R's 285/30/18 all around

The 70 is on there bc we got bored one day and when u run a sticker company on the side you put stickers on your car for no reason lol

Any questions and/or comments feel free. Many updates to come very soon

haha thanks! this is what happens when you uncle, grandfather, mom, and dad all do/did signs. you tend to go overboard with anything you do.

Example. Im gona bring my car to the track.... Now i have to wrap it.

This was my first time at a track and im totaly hooked. I want to either buy a car and race that next year or buy a beater and race the z. But i got a while to decide that.

Car looked great arriving on that rig! Going to be at NJMP August 1st and 2nd with COMSCC, would be great to see another 370 there.

At the poconos it was about 85-90 and the hottest my oil got was around 230-240... I might upgrade to a bigger one next year but you shouldnt have a problem with it. Driving around on the road when it was 90 w/o the oil cooler the oil was 220. w the cooler i havnt seen it go over 190 w the cooler and thats w some fun driving.

i wouldnt call them issues but, you do have to drill a hole to hold the oil cooler up. But its right behind the front support so u have to take that off. not a big deal its just 8 bolts. The other thing is the bolts that hold the cooler on on the bottom you have to kinda play with it to get the holes to line up. but over all it wasnt that hard. It took me about an hour and a half, but about 45 min was me trying to find tools in my dads garage. what gargage dopesnt have an adjustable wrench? lol

Maybe you're thinking of Monticello? That track is now officially closed to the majority of clubs, members only (plus guests). Base membership was just raised to $30K, gold membership is $125K.

NJMP on the other hand went bankrupt but they are still operating for now.

The rest of my schedule for the year is Summit Point VW in mid August - 1.5 hour open track sessions for intermediate/advanced drivers (instructors only available for novice group)
TrackClubUSA

Watkins Glen (first time for me here) mid Sept - COMSCC HPDE and time trial.
http://www.comscc.org/events/

And a couple more NHMS events with COMSCC in late August early October.
