Are the re-11 an obvious upgrade compared to the stock re50a's ? Im up in the air on which tire I want to get.. just sold my oem 19s with

Are the re-11 an obvious upgrade compared to the stock re50a's ?
Im up in the air on which tire I want to get.. just sold my oem 19s with NT05s on them, i liked them a lot but want to try something new this time... Either Neova's, re-11s, or the econo route with hankooks. But re-11s are my first choice but the reviews I read from various sites are so all over the place, some great reviews and some terrible.
