Sounds risky though. You're basically taking your best guess of where to drill at that point. If you're off by a little you've ruined it. I'd think making a template would be the smartest way.

With the bumper off you can mark the holes through the bumper with a sharpie on the lip. You and a friend should be able to line it up and tape it in place with some painters tape, mark your holes and drill them out.

There is no per-defined location to mount the lip.. you stick it on in the best spot so the gaps are as little as possible. Then drill through the bottom of it. You can't see any of the holes, and the stock sport splitter isn't going to line up anyway. Check out my install DIY in my signature. Exhaust clip: |

I was talking about the holes in the stock bumper from your other stillen lip. That the new stillen lip could use the old stillen lips holes you drilled.
