A small update for you all:
I picked my girlfriend up from school today and went on some errands/drive. After about 50 miles of aimless driving, I head back to the storage locker to put it away for the night. As I was using my dust mop, I noticed that the dealer left a nice patch of deep scratches when they detailed the car for me. Not only that, there are some divots in the paint which look to be the result of factory error. Anyways, both of these issues are on the same quarter panel, so hopefully it won't be too hard to fix. The stealership can bet their *** I am not paying for this.
