debating whether to put the splitter on now. Tire diameter is slightly smaller, and I scrape everywhere now

Just wanted to post some thoughts on the new setup.

First thing I noticed was the change in steering feel. Definitely heavier, but much more stable once the line is set. The old setup killed me because not only was there very little grip up front, but you could lose what grip you had easily if your hand wasn't perfectly steady...these definitely help with that. I am glad I have the zero toe setup though, because the steering feel could be pretty rough if I did not.

Tires--
I remember why I don't like buying used tires. Sounds like there may be some cupping, and even though they probably have 40-60% life left, some funky alignment issues mean that there is probably only 10-20% usable life on at least one tire. Not a big deal as I'm looking at RE11's, but still kind of a downer. I was hoping to get a better idea of how the T1R's performed, but not sure how hard I'll be able to run them now.

They're definitely noisier, but that may just be a factor of the wear.

Awesome! Hope things work out better with some new tires.
