I generally leave the key in and just cycle through the start button... when I do that, it consistently shuts down properly... so, not something I have encountered... assuming you've tried waiting a few minutes to see what happens? Re "ACS system"... HVAC, cruise control or something else? pls clarify
The dash was pulled to paint the cage and my guy said everything was hooked up correctly. It's been out before. Lights, wipers, alarm work. I can't dim the dash lights and they stay on. I am getting "service engine soon" code, low tire pressure, ACS off, brake light ( don't have a parking brake )

I'll take it to the dealer and see if clearing the PCM will work.
