...there is some catastrophic failure we are dealing with... I'm not going to get into specifics yet, until we verify exactly what is going on and decide how to resolve... needless to say, I'm twiddling my thumbs and anxious to get my car and myself back on the track

catastrophic failure...yikes. I hope its not of the mechanical type. I'm surprised since both my car and kelly's came out perfect and we had just as much crap going on.
